Must be 18 years old with valid ID or have a prescription from your doctor. Our Smart Tan Certified staff will do a skin assesment with you to ensure you are able to safely use our equipment.

1 month Expires 30 days from date of first session, 3 months Expires 90 days from date of first session
Must wait at least 24 hours between tanning sessions, we recommend 48 hours. Protective eyewear is mandatory.
