1 Month Expires 30 days from date of first session, 3 Months Expires 90 Days from the date of first Session
Must be 18 years old with valid Photo ID or have a prescription from your doctor.
Our Smart Tan Certified staff will do a skin assesment with you to ensure you are able to safely use our equipment.
Must wait at least 24 hours between tanning sessions, we recommend 48 hours. Protective eyewear is mandatory.
